The ophthalmologist at OSVS is board certified by the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists
(ACVO).
The ophthalmology service offers both medical and surgical care for animals of all varieties. We see
small animals and exotics at OSVS, and can arrange to see large animal patients on an ambulatory basis.
Ophthalmology is a highly specialized discipline, requiring diagnostic and surgical instrumentation
not usually available in a general practice setting. An ophthalmologist can offer both the necessary
instrumentation and expertise to diagnose and treat your pet’s ocular disease.
Consultations are available Monday through Thursday and on an emergency basis as needed.
Ocean State Veterinary Specialists services Southern New England, including Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. View a map to the OSVS facility on our contact page. |
