      coming and to allow us to advise you if there are things
      you should do for your pet before or during transport.
  2. Get directions from us on the phone, or get a printout
       version from MapQuest.
  3. If your pet has ingested something that you think may be
      poisonous, we may recommend that you call the Animal
      Poison Control Center at 1-800-548-2423.
      There is a charge for this call.
  4. Payment is due at the time of service. Please see our
      Payment Policy.

If your pet is having an emergency and you live closer to Swansea, MA,
you may choose to go to our sister hospital, Bay State Veterinary Emergency Services.
