Visitation Policy

If your pet has been admitted to the hospital, we encourage
you to visit. Visiting hours are between 11am and 9pm. We
ask that you call to schedule your visits, as we limit the number
of visitors that can be here at one time. If you come to visit, you
may be asked to wait as there may be a critical emergency being
treated that requires all available staff, or your pet may be receiving
scheduled treatments. By scheduling your visit, it is more likely that
your visit will happen in a timely fashion.

Phone calls: You are welcome to call for an update on your pet
after 11am. We ask that you limit your calls to two a day, and
that only one representative from the family call for updates.
When you call for an update, you will most likely speak with a
technician who is working with your pet. The doctor managing
your pet's care will speak with you at some time during the day
or during your visit.
