OSVS Payment Policies for Veterinary Services
OSVS is a specialty center and is open 24 hours a day. The costs associated with this care may be higher than those you are accustomed to paying at your family veterinarian.
All fees are due at the time services are rendered.
When you bring your pet to OSVS, a veterinarian will do an initial assessment of your pet’s condition and will recommend a diagnostic and treatment plan. The doctor will provide you with an estimate for this plan. If you approve the estimate, you will be asked to leave 100% of the low end of the estimate range as an initial deposit. The balance will be due at the end of hospitalization. If the balance is going to exceed the estimate, we will make every effort to keep you apprised of additional charges that are being incurred.
OSVS accepts the following methods of payment: Cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, and CareCredit financing for those clients who qualify. Checks are processed electronically and will be returned as your receipt. A valid driver’s license must be presented with all checks.
